These Terms cover the website only. Software engineering, consulting, staffing, or other professional services are governed by a separate written agreement. If a signed services agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the services agreement controls for that engagement.

The contact form prepares an email in your device's email application. It does not submit a message to or store a message on the website. No agreement is created by sending an inquiry or receiving a response.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
